2 lbs ahi
1 whole round onion
1/2 cup green onion
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1 cup ogo (seaweed)
3/4 cup shoyu

Steps:

  • Cut ahi into 3/4 inch cubes and put into large mixing bowl.
  • Slice round onions, green onions and add to ahi.
  • Chop ogo very fine.
  • Add all ingredients to ahi and mix well.
  • Let stand 15 minutes.
  • Serves 4-8.
