2 tablespoons 2% milk
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

ICING:
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
2 to 4 teaspoons lemon juice

  • In a large bowl, cream butter, pudding mix and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and milk.
