1 pound plum (roma) tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Chicken Bruschetta Seasoning Mix, divided
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¾ cup coarsely chopped smoked salmon
1 (8 ounce) package whipped cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil

Steps:
