Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start baking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
- Use Fresh, Quality Ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your Paradise Bars will turn out. Use fresh, ripe fruit, high-quality chocolate, and real butter.
- Don't Overmix the Batter: Overmixing the batter will make your bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the Bars Until They Are Set: The bars are done baking when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Don't overbake them, or they will become dry.
- Let the Bars Cool Completely Before Cutting Them: This will help prevent them from falling apart.
- Store the Bars Properly: Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the bars for up to 2 months.
