2 c cranberry juice cocktail
1 c vodka
1/2 c amaretto liqueur
3 Tbsp orange juice
ice cubes
clementine segments, optional

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cranberry cocktail, vodka, amaretto and OJ in a pitcher.
  • 2. Cover and chill up to one day ahead.
  • 3. To make two drinks: fill a shaker with ice cubes, pour in 1 cup of the mixture. Cover and shake.

Steps:

  • In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, vodka, Amaretto, and orange juice. Cover and chill until ready to serve. (You can do this 1 day ahead- keep refrigerated).

4 ounces cranberry juice (½ cup)
8 ounces vodka
2 ounces Amaretto
3 ounces orange juice, fresh squeezed
Garnishes: 4 orange spirals and fresh cranberries

Steps:

  • With the center blade of a 2 in 1 Zester, peel off 4 long strips from the peel of an orange, as a garnish for each glass. Then with a reamer or juicer, squeeze 3 ounces of juice from the same orange.
  • In a large measuring cup or pitcher, add 4 ounces cranberry juice, 8 ounces vodka, 2 ounces Amaretto, and the 3 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice. Stir well to combine, cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Fill a large cocktail shaker half full with ice cubes.
