What a great drink. Most of my favourite flavours in one glass, apple cider, mango, key lime and ginger. Yummy! I can't wait for summer. Nice hot days with tall cool drinks, with umbrellas or spears of fruit.

APPLE-MANGO CRISP
Great recipe to take in an insulated carrier to potlucks! A nice change from plain apple crisp, and it goes together quickly, too. The original recipe (BHG) called for two fresh mangoes, I used frozen chunks instead (less work!).

Tips for Making the Best Apple Mango Punch
- Use ripe fruits: The riper the fruits, the sweeter and more flavorful your punch will be.
- Don't over-juice the fruits: When juicing the fruits, be careful not to over-juice them. Over-juicing can make the punch too watery and dilute the flavor.
- Chill the punch before serving: For the best flavor, chill the punch for at least an hour before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
- Garnish the punch before serving: For a festive touch, garnish the punch with fresh fruit slices, mint leaves, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Serve the punch with ice: Serve the punch over ice to keep it cold and refreshing.
