2 -3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Steps:
