APPLESAUCE OATMEAL BREAD
We liked the expensive bread from the grocery store for toast. This is better, and you can cut it as thick or thin as you like! It is also really good for french toast. I always use my ABM to knead it for me then I rise it and bake it in a regular loaf pan.

Tips:
- Choose the right apples: Use a variety of apples that will hold their shape when baked, such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Braeburn.
- Peel and core the apples: This will help to prevent the applesauce from becoming too chunky.
- Simmer the applesauce: This will help to thicken it and develop its flavor.
- Use old-fashioned oats: These will give the loaf a heartier texture.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make the loaf tough.
- Bake the loaf at a moderate temperature: This will help to prevent it from drying out.
