Tips:

  • Chill the dough before baking. This will help the biscuits to hold their shape and rise evenly.
  • Use a light hand when mixing the dough. Overmixing can make the biscuits tough.
  • Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 1/2 inch. If the dough is too thin, the biscuits will be dry and crumbly. If the dough is too thick, the biscuits will be dense and heavy.
  • Cut the biscuits into rounds using a biscuit cutter or a sharp knife. Make sure the biscuits are evenly sized so that they bake evenly.
  • Place the biscuits on a greased baking sheet. Do not crowd the biscuits on the baking sheet or they will not bake evenly.
  • Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Conclusion:

Arrowroot biscuits are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. They are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can make a batch of arrowroot biscuits that your whole family will enjoy. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy snack or side dish, give arrowroot biscuits a try. You won't be disappointed!
