1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl combine artichoke, bread crumbs, eggs, olive oil, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, lemon juice and garlic.

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 -3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Mash 2 cans drained artichoke hearts.
  • Put olive oil into frying pan.
  • Saute cloves.
  • Add mashed artichokes and eggs.
  • Saute and stir about 5 minutes.
  • Mix bread crumbs and cheese in bowl.

1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped

Steps:

  • Place a greased 9-in. springform pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square); securely wrap foil around pan. Drizzle melted butter over bottom of pan; sprinkle bread crumbs over butter., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Beat in the feta cheese, onions, garlic, tarragon, basil and salt. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Fold in artichokes and red pepper. Pour into springform pan. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (10 ounce) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small shallot, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 large eggs
½ cup tapioca flour
¼ cup almond meal
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wrap thawed spinach in a paper towel and squeeze out water.
