2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon oriental sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Assorted cut-up vegetables (such as carrots, red bell peppers, sugar snap peas, cucumbers and broccoli)

Steps:

Tips:

  • Choose fresh and flavorful ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the taste of your dip. Choose ripe avocados, fresh cilantro, and zesty limes for the best results.
  • Don't overmix the guacamole: Overmixing can make the guacamole too smooth and lose its chunky texture. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.

  • Don't be afraid to experiment: You can add other ingredients to this dip to customize it to your taste. Some popular additions include chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, or black beans.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers: This dip is great with tortilla chips, but you can also serve it with crackers, vegetables, or pita bread.
