  • Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let cool 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta in pot of boiling salted water until almost tender. Add carrots and peas; cook until vegetables and pasta are just tender, about 2 minutes. Drain. Transfer to bowl with dressing. Add onions and 4 tablespoons cilantro; toss. Season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice steak crosswise. Arrange steak atop pasta, spooning any juices over. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cilantro.

Tips:

  • Choose the right noodles: Rice noodles, ramen noodles, and udon noodles are all popular choices for Asian noodle bowls. Consider the flavor and texture you want when selecting noodles.
  • Use fresh vegetables: Fresh vegetables add color, flavor, and texture to noodle bowls. Some popular choices include snow peas, carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli. Make sure to wash and cut the vegetables before cooking.
  • Cook the steak properly: Steak is a key ingredient in this recipe. Make sure to cook it to your desired doneness. If you like rare steak, cook it for about 2 minutes per side. For medium-rare steak, cook it for about 3 minutes per side. For medium steak, cook it for about 4 minutes per side. For well-done steak, cook it for about 5 minutes per side.
  • Make the sauce: The sauce is what brings all the flavors together in this recipe. Make sure to follow the recipe carefully when making the sauce. You can adjust the amount of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to taste.
  • Assemble the noodle bowls: Once all the ingredients are cooked, it's time to assemble the noodle bowls. Start by adding the noodles to a bowl. Then, add the steak, vegetables, and sauce. Top with green onions, cilantro, and peanuts. Serve immediately.

Conclusion:

Asian noodle bowls are a delicious and easy-to-make meal. They're perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. With a variety of ingredients to choose from, you can customize your noodle bowl to your liking. So next time you're looking for a tasty and satisfying meal, give Asian noodle bowls a try.
