I look forward to this dish all year long! Since we are military we don't always get holidays at home so I have started making it when we can't eat hers! It works perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas since you use half the bag of Pepperidge Farm stuffing for one recipe...you just need one bag :) It's soooo delicious I hope you like it!

Tips:
- Choose fresh broccoli: Look for broccoli florets that are deep green and tightly closed. Avoid florets that are yellowing or have brown spots.
- Cut the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces: This will help them cook evenly.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli before adding it to the casserole: This will help to preserve its color and nutrients.
- Use a good quality cheese: A sharp cheddar cheese or a combination of cheddar and Parmesan cheese will give the casserole a rich, flavorful taste.
- Don't overcook the casserole: The broccoli should be tender but still slightly crisp.
Conclusion:
Aunt Pam's broccoli cheese casserole is a classic comfort food dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With its creamy cheese sauce, tender broccoli, and crispy breadcrumb topping, this casserole is sure to be a hit with family and friends.
