BAKED SALMON FILLETS
I used my daughter's recipe with some modifications. For those who don't really fancy the taste of fish, this recipe will cure you of that. It is light and no overpowering fishy taste. Serve with rice and a vegetable of your choice (we like it with steamed broccoli).

Tips:
- Choose the right salmon fillets: Look for fillets that are firm and have a vibrant color. Avoid fillets that are mushy or have any discoloration.
- Season the salmon fillets well: Use a combination of salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and spices to season the salmon fillets. This will help to enhance the natural flavor of the fish.
- Cook the salmon fillets at a high temperature: This will help to create a crispy skin and a moist interior. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fillets, but a good rule of thumb is to cook them for 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness.
- Let the salmon fillets rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the fish, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
Conclusion:
Baked salmon fillets are a healthy and delicious meal that can be easily prepared at home. By following the tips above, you can ensure that your salmon fillets turn out perfectly cooked and flavorful. Serve the salmon fillets with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
