1 ounce irish cream
1 banana
1 ounce banana liqueur
ice
2 ounces pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
1 ounce dark rum

Steps:

  • Put banana and liqueur into blender and blend.
  • Add Irish cream, pina colada mix and rum.
  • Blend well then add ice blend until smooth.

Tips:

  • For a creamier piña colada, use frozen pineapple chunks instead of fresh.
  • If you don't have coconut cream, you can use 1 cup of canned coconut milk + 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
  • If you want a stronger piña colada, add an extra ounce of rum.
  • Garnish your piña coladas with pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, or a sprinkle of nutmeg.
