Tips:

  • Choose the right sausage: Breakfast sausage or Italian sausage are both great options for this recipe. If you're using a spicy sausage, you may want to reduce the amount of cayenne pepper in the recipe.
  • Don't overcook the sausage: Sausage is best when it's cooked through but still juicy. Overcooked sausage will be dry and tough.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the sausage: This will help to keep the sausage from crumbling.
  • Use a non-stick skillet: This will help to prevent the sausage from sticking and burning.
  • Serve immediately: Sausage bites are best when they're served hot and fresh. They can be served with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing or barbecue sauce.

Conclusion:

Sausage bites are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that is perfect for any occasion. They're made with just a few simple ingredients and can be cooked in under 30 minutes. Sausage bites are also a great way to use up leftover sausage. So next time you have some sausage on hand, try making these delicious sausage bites. You won't be disappointed!
