WISCONSIN BRATWURST
This is the only way to cook bratwurst in Wisconsin. The brats are incredibly tasty! If you can get fresh bratwurst from a sausage shop, do it... it is worth the extra cost. Serve with brown mustard on substantial hoagie rolls, never on hot dog buns. Mustard is important and must always be stone ground. Add warm sauerkraut and ketchup, if you like. Chow down! Think about those Wisconsin summers! Listen to some polka!

Tips:
- Choose good quality bratwursts: Look for bratwursts made with fresh, high-quality pork and spices. Avoid bratwursts that are made with fillers or extenders.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat: This will help to sear the bratwursts and prevent them from sticking to the grill.
- Grill the bratwursts for 10-12 minutes, turning them every few minutes: This will ensure that they are cooked through and evenly browned.
- Do not prick the bratwursts: Pricking the bratwursts will allow the juices to escape, making them dry and tough.
- Serve the bratwursts with your favorite toppings: Classic toppings include sauerkraut, mustard, and onions. You can also get creative and try different toppings, such as grilled pineapple, avocado, or bacon.
Conclusion:
Bratwursts are a delicious and versatile food that can be enjoyed in many different ways.
