Tips for Making Basil Orange Pork Chops###

- To ensure that your pork chops are cooked evenly, make sure they are all of uniform thickness. If they are not, you can pound them out with a meat mallet until they are. - Don't overcrowd the pan when you are searing the pork chops. If you do, they will not brown properly. - Use a good quality orange marmalade. The better the marmalade, the better your pork chops will taste. - If you don't have any orange marmalade, you can make your own by simmering orange juice, sugar, and pectin in a saucepan until it thickens. - Serve the pork chops with a side of rice or mashed potatoes. You can also add a green salad or roasted vegetables. ###
