1 cup mayonnaise (Not salad dressing)
1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 large egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons anchovy paste

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients. The fresher the ingredients, the better the dressing will taste. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Make the dressing ahead of time. Caesar dressing can be made up to 2 days in advance. This allows the flavors to meld and develop.
  • Serve the dressing at room temperature. Take the dressing out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving. This will allow it to come to room temperature and the flavors will be more pronounced.
  • Use a variety of greens. Caesar salad is traditionally made with romaine lettuce, but you can also use other types of greens, such as kale, spinach, or arugula.
  • Add other toppings. In addition to croutons and Parmesan cheese, you can also add other toppings to your Caesar salad, such as grilled chicken, bacon, or hard-boiled eggs.

Conclusion:

Caesar dressing is a classic dressing that is perfect for salads, sandwiches, and wraps. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. With a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious Caesar dressing that will impress your friends and family.
