½ cup croutons
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup cooked ham, cubed

Steps:

  • Melt butter in an 8x8 inch glass baking dish or small casserole dish. Add croutons and toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese on top of croutons. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk and dry mustard. 1 pound ground hot pork sausage
12 slices thin white bread, crusts removed
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (6 ounces)

2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 tablespoons dried sage
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps:
