1 cup sour cream

1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
