BEST LOW CARB BREAD (BREAD MACHINE)
I found this recipe on the Low Carb Friends forum some time ago. I've baked this bread many times, and it's very good! The whole loaf only contains about 20 carbs, so when you slice it, divide the total carbs by the number of slices. (I usually get about 10 slices, which only amounts to 2 carbs per slice!) If the lid of your bread machine lifts slightly during the last 15 minutes of baking time, don't worry; when the bread is baked, the lid will lower. I prefer to eat this bread toasted slightly, and buttered.

Tips for Making Low-Carb Bread in a Bread Machine:
- Use a good quality low-carb bread mix: Not all low-carb bread mixes are created equal. Look for a mix that is high in fiber and low in net carbs. You can also make your own low-carb bread mix using almond flour, coconut flour, and other low-carb ingredients.
- Follow the recipe instructions carefully: Bread machines have different settings and cycles, so it is important to follow the recipe instructions carefully. This will help you achieve the best results.
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will produce the best tasting bread. Avoid using old or expired ingredients.
- Don't overfill the bread machine: Overfilling the bread machine can prevent the bread from rising properly. Fill the bread machine no more than two-thirds full.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing: Slicing the bread too soon can cause it to crumble. Let the bread cool completely before slicing it.
Conclusion:
Making low-carb bread in a bread machine is a great way to enjoy fresh, delicious bread without all the carbs. With a little planning and effort, you can make low-carb bread that is just as good as traditional bread. So next time you're craving a slice of bread, give one of these recipes a try. You won't be disappointed!
