Juice of 2 large lemons
Crushed ice
1 cup sugar

1/2 cup seedless blackberry spreadable fruit
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1-1/2 pounds lean boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
