BLAZING WINGS
Buffalo wings with an extreme kick! I have a couple friends who like spicy foods, and I was elected to come up with a hot wing for a football party. This recipe can be made hotter if you can find ghost chillies or ghost chilli sauce in replacement of the habanero, and the pineapple adds just enough to keep you coming back for more. The wings are a hit, even without the sauce! Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

BAKED BLAZING HOT WINGS
This blazing hot wing recipe is an alternative to deep-fried wings. They are baked instead of fried and stay juicy rather than crisp. I started making these about 5 years ago and they were an instant hit. I am always asked to bring the wings for all the parties we are invited to now.

Tips:
- Choose the right wings: Fresh, plump wings are the best choice for making blazing wings. Avoid wings that are bruised or have freezer burn.
- Dry the wings thoroughly: Pat the wings dry with paper towels before coating them in the sauce. This will help the sauce adhere to the wings and prevent them from becoming soggy.
- Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what gives blazing wings their flavor, so it's important to choose a sauce that you love. There are many different recipes for blazing wing sauce, so you can find one that suits your taste.
- Coat the wings evenly: When coating the wings in the sauce, make sure to coat them evenly. This will help ensure that all of the wings are cooked evenly.
- Cook the wings until they are crispy: Blazing wings should be cooked until they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The best way to achieve this is to cook the wings at a high temperature.
- Serve the wings with your favorite dipping sauce: Blazing wings are typically served with a dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing. You can also serve them with vegetables, such as celery or carrots.
Conclusion:
Blazing wings are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or game days.
