1 tablespoon butter (softened)
4 teaspoons green bell pepper (finely diced)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
6 ounces crab lump meat
1 tablespoon green onion (sliced)
1 teaspoon parsley (chopped)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Blend in seasoned salt and paprika.

5 ounces canned Crab Meat (drained and picked over)
2 teaspoons diced Onion
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce or other Hot Sauce, of choice
8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
2 teaspoons diced Red Pepper
2 teaspoons diced Green Pepper
1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons White Wine
2 teaspoons diced Tomato
1 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
2 teaspoons chopped Scallion
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese (to top)
Paprika (to taste, to top)

Steps:

  • In a small mixing bowl add all ingredients, except 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and paprika. Mix well.
  • Spoon mixture into a small, over-safe casserole-style serving dish.
  • Place dish in microwave and cook on medium power for about 4 minutes, until cheese has melted and just starts to bubble.
  • Carefully remove from microwave (the dish will be very hot!) and immediately sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Turn oven on high broil.
  • Place dish into oven and broil just until the cheese on top melts to your liking. Watch closely and do not burn.
  • Carefully remove from oven. Sprinkle with paprika.

6 ounces lump crabmeat, drained
3 green onions, root ends trimmed, dark green ends trimmed, minced
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream or 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, divided
1 1/2 tablespoons red bell peppers or 1 1/2 tablespoons green bell peppers, diced
2 teaspoons dry white wine
2 teaspoons shrimp soup base (see Notes, below) or 2 teaspoons chicken soup base (see Notes, below)
2 teaspoons diced tomatoes or 2 teaspoons drained salsa
1/2 teaspoon crab boil seasoning (Old Bay)

Steps:

  • Fold together all ingredients, except 1 Tbls. Parmesan.
  • Spread evenly into an oven-proof baking dish.
  • Microwave on 50% power for 4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
