Tips:

  • Choose ripe mangoes for the best flavor and texture.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the mangoes, as a dull knife will make the fruit mushy.
  • If you don't have fresh mangoes, you can use frozen or canned mangoes, but the flavor will be slightly less intense.
  • Adjust the amount of jalapeño pepper to your taste. If you like spicy salsa, add more pepper; if you prefer a milder salsa, use less.
  • Serve the salsa immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

Bonefish Warm Mango Salsa is a delicious and versatile salsa that can be used as a dip for chips, a topping for tacos or burritos, or even as a marinade for grilled chicken or fish. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy appetizer or condiment, give this salsa a try!
