- 1. 1st make sure you have a huge mixing bowl!!Cream margarine with sugars, adding eggs. Add vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and mix. Add flour and mix.Add the corn flakes, coconut, oatmeal, chocolate chips & pecan and mix well. It will be a very stiff mixture.
- 2. use and ice cream scoop and put onto cookie sheet. You will probably only get 6 on a cookie sheet.. Bake 10- 12 minutes @ 350 degrees.

- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and shortening.
- Add sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well.

- When batter is thoroughly mixed, measure 1/4 C for each cookie on a large ungreased baking sheet.

- Allow cookies to cool slightly on baking sheet before removing.
