BUTTER TOFFEE CRACKERS
I make this at Christmas Time every year for my cookie platters that I give away. I've made it with plain graham crackers, chocolate graham crackers, town house and ritz crackers. I prefer the town house or ritz crackers the best as it is just a little bit "less" sweet.

Tips:
- Use unsalted butter to control the level of saltiness in the crackers.
- Make sure the butter and cream cheese are cold before using them, as this will help the crackers hold their shape better.
- If the dough is too sticky, add more flour one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a workable consistency.
- Be careful not to overmix the dough, as this can make the crackers tough.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch before cutting it into shapes.
- Use a sharp knife or pastry cutter to cut the dough into crackers, as this will help prevent ragged edges.
- Prick the crackers with a fork before baking them, as this will help them rise evenly.
- Bake the crackers at a high temperature (400°F) for a short amount of time (10-12 minutes), as this will help them get crispy.
- Let the crackers cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
