Steps:

  • Put the butterscotch and white chocolate chips in a glass bowl and melt in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring at 30 second intervals. Stop cooking when it is smooth.
  • Once the chips are melted, stir chips until smooth and gently fold in the chow mein noodles.
  • On a piece of wax paper, take a small scoop of the chow mein noodle mixture and form a small nest with your hands.

¼ cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter
4 cups crispy chow mein noodles
cooking spray
40 candy-coated milk chocolate eggs

Steps:

  • Cook and stir marshmallows, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until the marshmallows melt completely into the mixture, about 5 minutes.
  • Put chow mein noodles into a large bowl. Pour marshmallow mixture over the chow mein noodles; stir to coat.

These are super easy, so cute, and if you don't tell your friends and family they won't even know you gave them their daily dose of fiber in this yummy treat ;o)

11 ounces , butterscotch or 11 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 -4 cups of fiber one all-bran cereal
1/4 teaspoon canola oil
1 bag of mini robin eggs, jelly beans or 1 bag even peanuts

Steps:

  • Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt butterscotch or chocolate chips and oil in a double boiler, saucepan or in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
