2 tsp cornflour
2 red peppers , deseeded and sliced
thumb-sized piece ginger , peeled and cut into matchsticks
4 garlic cloves , finely chopped
1 red chilli , thinly sliced (deseeded if you don't like it too hot)

Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
  • Choose the right cut of beef: You want to use a cut of beef that is tender and flavorful, such as flank steak or tenderloin. Avoid using tough cuts, such as chuck roast, as they will not cook well in a stir-fry.
  • Slice the beef thinly: This will help it cook quickly and evenly.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef in a flavorful marinade will help to tenderize it and add flavor.
  • Use a hot wok or skillet: This will help to sear the beef and vegetables and prevent them from sticking.
  • Cook the beef in batches: Do not overcrowd the wok or skillet, or the beef will not cook evenly. Cook the beef in batches, if necessary.
  • Add the vegetables last: The vegetables will cook quickly, so add them to the wok or skillet last.
  • Use a sauce or glaze: A sauce or glaze will help to add flavor and moisture to the stir-fry.
  • Serve over rice or noodles: Stir-fry is traditionally served over rice or noodles.

Conclusion:

Campbell's Beef and Orange Stir-Fry is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is packed with flavor. This dish is also a great way to use up leftover beef. With a few simple tips, you can make a delicious and healthy stir-fry that the whole family will enjoy.
