Pumpkin Spice Pudding Shots Recipe - (3.6/5) image

Provided by pommymommy

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 small box pumpkin spice pudding
3/4 c milk
3/4 c Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Steps:

  • Whisk milk and pudding. Add Captain Morgan. Whisk until smooth. Fold in gradually Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with Readi Whip.

Tips:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree. Fresh pumpkin puree has a more intense flavor than canned puree, and it will give your pie a more authentic taste. To make your own pumpkin puree, simply roast a pumpkin in the oven until it is soft, then scoop out the flesh and puree it in a food processor.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make your pie tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined, then stop.
  • Bake the pie in a preheated oven. This will help to ensure that the pie cooks evenly.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the pie to set properly.
  • Serve the pie with whipped cream or ice cream. This will add a delicious and creamy touch to the pie.

Conclusion:

Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum Pumpkin Pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for fall gatherings. The pie has a rich and flavorful filling that is complemented by the warm spices of Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum. The pie is also topped with a whipped cream topping that adds a touch of sweetness and creaminess. This pie is sure to be a hit with your family and friends!
