1/8 teaspoon salt
1 package (3 ounces) cold cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
2 to 3 tablespoons ice water

1/3 cup butter, cubed
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1-1/2 cups mixed nuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in cream cheese and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, separated
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons finely grated orange peel

1/2 cup roasted unsalted cashews (about 2 1/2 ounces)
