1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon minced chives
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

4 cups uncooked egg noodles
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 package (16 ounces) frozen peas and carrots
2 cups whole milk
