A quick and easy combination of noodles, beef and cheese! I use 1/2 of a package of mild taco seasoning (could use more for additional "zip") *** Adjusted to double the tomato sauce. I made it again and agreed with the reviewers - more sauce made it better!*****

Tips for Making Cheesy Beef Noodles

  • Use a high-quality beef. The better the beef, the better the dish will taste. Look for a lean ground beef that is at least 80% lean.
  • Cook the beef thoroughly. Brown the beef over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. This will help to ensure that the beef is safe to eat and that it has a good flavor.
  • Use a flavorful cheese. The cheese is one of the main ingredients in this dish, so it is important to choose a cheese that you enjoy. A sharp cheddar cheese or a Monterey Jack cheese are both good options.
  • Don't overcook the noodles. The noodles should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked noodles will be mushy and will not hold their shape well.
  • Serve the dish immediately. Cheesy beef noodles are best served hot and fresh out of the oven. The cheese will be melted and gooey, and the noodles will be tender and flavorful.

The dish is made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and it can be tailored to your own taste preferences.
