1 (12 ounce) jar cherry preserves
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon clove
3 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Roast pork loin on rack in shallow baking pan, uncovered at 325 for 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours.

2 T light corn syrup
1/4 t salt
