4 cups cooked long grain rice
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup dried cherries
3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the rice, evaporated milk, milk, sugar and water. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
