Tips:

  • Use a large pot or Dutch oven to cook your chicken and pork adobo. This will give the meat plenty of room to brown and braise.
  • Be sure to brown the meat in batches. This will help to prevent the meat from overcrowding the pot and steaming instead of browning.
  • Don't overcrowd the pot with too much liquid. The meat should be mostly submerged in the liquid, but not completely covered.
  • Simmer the chicken and pork adobo for at least 1 hour, or until the meat is tender and falling apart.
  • Serve the chicken and pork adobo with rice, vegetables, or your favorite sides.

Conclusion:

Chicken and pork adobo is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The adobo sauce is flavorful and tangy, and the chicken and pork are tender and juicy. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
