  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh vegetables and chicken will give your stir-fry the best flavor and texture.
  • Cut your vegetables and chicken into uniform pieces: This will help them cook evenly.
  • Marinate your chicken: Marinating the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch, and oil will help it stay tender and flavorful during cooking.
  • Use a hot wok or skillet: A hot wok or skillet will help to quickly sear the chicken and vegetables, preventing them from becoming soggy.
  • Stir-fry in batches: If you're cooking a large amount of food, stir-fry it in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan and steaming the vegetables.
  • Add the sauce at the end: Adding the sauce at the end of cooking will help to prevent it from burning.
  • Serve immediately: Stir-fry is best served immediately after cooking, while it's still hot and fresh.

Conclusion:

Chicken, broccoli, and cashew stir-fry is a delicious and healthy meal that can be prepared in just 30 minutes. It's a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables and protein, and it's also a good source of vitamins and minerals.
