Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Look for fresh, organic, and free-range ingredients whenever possible.
  • Cook the rice perfectly: Jasmine rice is a delicate grain that can easily be overcooked. Be sure to follow the package directions carefully or use a rice cooker to ensure that the rice is cooked properly.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, be sure to give it enough space in the pan so that it can brown properly. Otherwise, the chicken will steam instead of sear.
  • Use a good quality soy sauce: Soy sauce is a key ingredient in this dish, so be sure to use a good quality brand. Look for a soy sauce that is naturally brewed and has a rich, savory flavor.
  • Garnish the dish before serving: A few simple garnishes, such as chopped green onions, cilantro, or lime wedges, can really elevate the appearance of the dish and make it more appealing.
