Tips:

  • To achieve a crispy and golden crust, make sure the chicken is dry before coating it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Use a shallow dish for dredging the chicken in the egg mixture and breadcrumb mixture. This will help to ensure that the chicken is evenly coated.
  • If you don't have a meat mallet, you can use a rolling pin to pound the chicken breasts thin.
  • Be careful not to overcrowd the pan when frying the chicken. This will cause the chicken to steam instead of fry and result in a soggy crust.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken is cooked through before serving. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Conclusion:

Chicken Milanese is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal. With its crispy crust and tender, juicy interior, this dish is sure to please everyone at the table. Serve it with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.
