Tips:

  • Use a meat mallet or tenderizer to flatten the pork chops to an even thickness. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from drying out.
  • Season the pork chops generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and spices. This will help them develop a delicious flavor.
  • Sear the pork chops in a hot skillet until they are browned on both sides. This will help to seal in the juices and prevent them from drying out.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the pork chops for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, making them even more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

These pork chops are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. They are juicy, flavorful, and can be cooked in just 30 minutes. Serve them with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.
