1kg minced beef
300g breadcrumbs
140g extra-mature or mature cheddar , grated
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small bunch parsley , finely chopped
2 eggs , beaten

  • Season the ground beef liberally with salt and pepper. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Form the ground beef into patties that are about 1/2-inch thick. Make sure the patties are uniform in size and shape so that they cook evenly.
  • Cook the cheeseburgers over medium heat. This will help prevent the patties from burning on the outside and staying raw on the inside.
  • Flip the cheeseburgers once during cooking. This will ensure that they are cooked evenly on both sides.
  • Add the cheese to the cheeseburgers towards the end of cooking. This will help prevent the cheese from melting too much and becoming runny.
