BANANA AND CHOCOLATE SHAKE
From Australian Better Homes and Gardens Diabetic Living. Easy to halve or double. Sustagen here in Australia is a powdered formula often used for the sick and weak hence high in all the nutrients (used a lot when the DM recovered from surgery) - it comes in vanilla or chocolate, you may wish to look for something similar.

BANANA LATTE
I often watch the show, "You Are What You Eat" with Gillian McKeith on BBC America. She was explaining this recipe on one of her shows and I decided I had to try it. I don't know if I got the exact measurements right, but I think I'm quite close. This is delicious and fast and easy. I think it makes an excellent quick breakfast if you have no time to eat, or makes a great snack too. ETA: I caught a rerun of the episode on which this particular recipe was featured and realized my error in naming the recpe "Banana Mocha Smoothie". The correct name for this recipe is "Banana Latte". Sorry for any confusion and no wonder, because mocha usually means chocolate is added, but it wasn't a part of the original recipe. The name "Banana Latte" makes more sense. I'm happy to note on one of the reviews that adding chocolate syrup to make this into a banana mocha works so well, though. :)

Tips for Making the Perfect Chocolate Banana Latte Shake:
- Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and creamier your shake will be.
- Freeze your bananas ahead of time. This will make them easier to blend and will give your shake a thicker, creamier texture.
- Use high-quality chocolate syrup. The better the chocolate syrup, the better your shake will taste.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different flavors. You can add a variety of ingredients to your shake, such as peanut butter, caramel, or even bacon.
- Garnish your shake with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or a cherry. This will make your shake look and taste even more delicious.
Conclusion:
The chocolate banana latte shake is a delicious and refreshing drink that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you are looking for a sweet treat, give the chocolate banana latte shake a try.
