CHOCOLATE-COVERED RAISINS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or waxed paper and set aside.
- Place the chopped chocolate and the oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring after every 30-second increment to prevent overheating.
- Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, add the raisins and stir until they're well coated with chocolate. The chocolate will leave a thin coating on the raisins.
- Scrape the chocolate-covered raisins onto the prepared baking sheet and try to separate them so there aren't any large clumps.
- Refrigerate the tray for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate. Break up any clumps into individual raisins.

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate: The better the chocolate, the better the raisins will taste. Look for chocolate with a high cocoa content (at least 70%).
- Use fresh raisins: Fresh raisins will be plump and juicy, while old raisins will be dry and shriveled. If you can, buy organic raisins to avoid pesticides.
- Use a microwave-safe bowl: Make sure the bowl is large enough to hold the raisins and chocolate without overflowing.
- Be careful not to overheat the chocolate: Chocolate can burn easily, so heat it in short intervals and stir constantly.
- Let the chocolate-covered raisins cool completely before eating: This will help the chocolate to set and harden.
Conclusion:
Chocolate-covered raisins are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are also a good source of antioxidants and other nutrients. If you are looking for a healthy and satisfying snack, chocolate-covered raisins are a great option.
