PAULA DEEN CHOCOLATE MOUND BROWNIES

4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup shredded coconut

Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add the pecans and coconut and stir until well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your brownies.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the brownies tough.

  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help them to set properly.
