- Heat oven to 250° F. Generously grease cookie sheets with shortening.

I read it and never copied it down because it's so simple therefore Im not sure how much chocolate really covers the a dozen Munchkins. Use a toothpick in the Munchkin for easier dipping in the chocolate.

- Line a 9x5-in. loaf pan with foil. Grease foil with 1/2 teaspoon butter; set aside. Pulse 3/4 cup coconut in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
