Tips:

  • Use quality ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will result in the best-tasting muffins. Choose ripe bananas, pure vanilla extract, and fresh cinnamon and pecans.
  • Measure your ingredients accurately: This is important for any baking recipe, but especially for muffins. Incorrect measurements can result in dry, dense, or crumbly muffins.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can develop the gluten in the flour, resulting in tough muffins. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the muffin tins evenly: Use a large cookie scoop or spoon to fill the muffin tins evenly. This will help to ensure that the muffins bake evenly.
  • Bake the muffins at the right temperature: The ideal oven temperature for baking muffins is 375 degrees Fahrenheit. This will help to ensure that the muffins bake evenly and don't overcook.
