3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
½ cup sliced or slivered almonds
½ cup raw cashews
⅛ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Soak dates in hot water to cover in a medium bowl for 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, line a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over 2 sides. Lightly coat with cooking spray.

1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup English toffee bits or almond brickle chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs

1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
3 cups graham cracker crumbs (from about 20 crackers)
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees with a rack in the center of oven. Butter a 9-by-13-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper; set aside.
  • To make the crust: In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press into bottom of pan using your fingertips.
