Tips:

  • Use fresh, shredded coconut. This will give your bars the best flavor and texture. If you don't have fresh coconut on hand, you can use unsweetened shredded coconut that has been toasted in the oven.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking. This will help the bars hold their shape.
  • Bake the bars until they are golden brown. This will ensure that they are cooked through.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help them to set and prevent them from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Coconut graham bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are a great way to use up leftover coconut and graham crackers, and they are always a hit with kids and adults alike. With a few simple tips, you can make sure that your coconut graham bars turn out perfect every time.
