1/3 cup coffee yogurt
1 small banana, frozen, peeled and cut into chunks
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until blended. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve immediately.

1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 small ripe bananas
6 ounces cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free half-and-half
1 cup ice cube

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender container.
  • Process until very smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve.

3 tablespoons butter
2 bananas, not quite ripe, cut in 1/2 lengthwise
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons banana liqueur
2 tablespoons dark rum (recommended: Myers's Dark Rum)
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • In a medium saute pan over medium to high heat, add butter. Let melt then add bananas. Saute 1 minute on each side, and remove from pan.
  • In same pan, add sugar, banana liqueur, dark rum, and espresso liqueur. Let simmer for 2 minutes and tilt pan to side to ignite evaporating alcohol in pan. When flame is extinguished, add orange juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Add bananas back into pan and ladle sauce over bananas for 1 minute to coat. To serve, place 1 banana half in 4 long bowls with scoops of vanilla ice cream. Spoon sauce evenly over the 4 bowls.

1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon dark rum
1/2 tablespoon creme de banane (or other banana liqueur)
1/2 tablespoon honey
2 large bananas
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar, packed
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup lowfat banana frozen yogurt

Steps:

  • Place milk, rum, banana liqueur, honey, bananas, brown sugar & cinnamon in a blender & process until smooth.
  • Add yogurt & continue to process until again smooth.
  • Pour into brandy balloon glasses & ENJOY!

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use dark roast coffee instead of regular coffee.
